Full Description
This course is designed for the first-line company officer/supervisor and satisfies the requirements of NFPA 1021 Standard for the Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, Chapter four "Fire Officer I".  It is designed around classroom lectures and individual skills to improve your abilities to supervise a single fire company.  This includes responsibilities such as understanding leadership, leading a team, risk management, and command of initial emergency operations.

This course is accredited by IFSAC and PROBOARD.
