AIRPORT FIREFIGHTER, NFPA 1010
Full Description
This course prepares firefighters to respond to aircraft emergencies in accordance with NFPA 1010 standards. Students will learn aircraft familiarization, ARFF apparatus operations, rescue and fire suppression techniques, and incident command procedures. Training includes hands-on live-fire scenarios, emphasizing rescue priorities, and the effective use of firefighting agents. Completion of this course provides the knowledge and skills needed to operate safely and effectively in the airport environment and meets the requirements for IFSAC/ProBoard certification.
