Full Description
This course provides fire service personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage catastrophic incidents, including natural disasters, large-scale fires, hazardous materials events, and mass casualty situations. Participants will learn principles of incident command, interagency coordination, resource management, and operational planning for high-impact emergencies. The curriculum emphasizes situational awareness, decision-making under pressure, and strategies for maintaining continuity of operations during complex incidents. Real-world case studies and practical exercises will reinforce key concepts and prepare attendees to lead and sup-port response efforts in challenging environments.
